Fayda hub Wallet
Fayda hub wallet points can be used only at fayda hub app or website. The wallet money has no expiry date. It can neither be converted into cash nor transferred in any other bank or UPI account. Fayda hub wallet amount can be redeemed during your next order.
Fayda Hub Payment and Delivery
Fayda hub provides free door delivery to all the customers pan India for total order value above Rs.999/-. A minimum courier charge of Rs.99/- will be charged on order value below Rs.998/-. The order shall be shipped within 7 working days from the date of order received. Cash on Delivery( COD) facility is available at Fayda Hub. If any buyer doesnot accept the parcel during the time of delivery or the parcel remains undelivered due to any reason such as incorrect address, Incorrect pincode, shortage of cash or unavailability of cash in hand, the address is closed , incorrect phone number, address not found , products not required by the buyer or any other reason then the COD facility for that particular customer/buyer will be blocked and they can order from Faydahub only through pre-paid orders. Incase of missing products at the time of delivery, please notify us at Fayda hub by raising a complain with 72 hours of delivery along with unboxing video.
Fayda Hub Shipping Policy
Faydahub shall be shipping the orders within 7days from the date of order received. The products with the delivered at your door step through our delivery partner from 1 to 15 days depending upon the pincode. The order shipping status can be tracked both at our website/app and also at the delivery partner website. We will be mainly working with delivery partners such as xpressbees and Delhivery. Cash On Delivery (COD) and pre-paid booking facility is also available. Once the shipping remains undelivered or if the provided address by the buyer is incorrect it will be resent to our warehouse and will not be delivered again depending upon the scenario.
Fayda Hub Replacement
Fayda hub provides 100% Replacement on the damaged products at free of cost within 5 days of delivery. To replace the order, notify us at Fayda hub by raising a complaint at the app with the damaged product photo and details. Once approved from our end we shall arrange for pickup of damaged producta day replace them as soon as possible depending upon the availability of product.No replacement shall be done after 5 days of delivery. No return and delivery charges are applied for the replacement products. Only one replacement can be done per order.
In case if there is no availability of stock of the replacement product, we shall credit the difference amount in your Fayda hub wallet which can be redeemed in your next order.
Fayda Hub Return Policy
Fayda hub doesnot practice and entertain return policy. We only replace the products as mentioned earlier. Therefore please place your order carefully and double check the details of products while ordering.
Fayda Hub Promotions and Offers
Fayda Hub provides promotional coupons and offers to their valued customers on regular intervals. You can redeem those coupon vouchers only at Fayda hub app and website. Each and every coupon provided has their own expiry dates. Thus place orders before the coupon gets expired.
Note: Please write the coupon code at the time of checkout of the order to avail the benefit.
Fayda Hub Refund
Fayda hub shall provide 100% Refund to their customers in the following cases:
[ ] In the case of unavailability of products ordered.
[ ] In case no delivery service at the provided Pincode.
[ ] Due to natural calamities or any government issues.
[ ] If the order is cancelled before it has been shipped. ( No refund or return shall be entertained once the order is shipped )
Refund shall be processed with 10 working days from the date of order.
Fayda Hub Cancellation
An order can be cancelled before it has been shipped. No cancellation of the order are entertained once shipped.
Fayda Hub can cancel the order received of the customer due to the following reasons :
[ ] No delivery service available at the provided address pincode
[ ] Unavailability of the products
[ ] Fraudulent payment transaction
[ ] Any kind of suspicion on the customer
[ ] Any other reason due to unforeseen situation faced by the company
In such cases the Refund shall be processed to the customer within 10 working days .
